The Kings Meadows Medical Centre has been providing high-quality health services to patients since 2006. In 2019 we partnered with Newstead Medical, and now many of our staff work across both sites.

The Practice is fully computerised and always strives to provide our patients with the latest technologies and services to help achieve optimum health. We use TYRO software that allows patients to claim their Medicare rebate with the swipe of their card.

Standard 10 – 15 minutes
Long – 20 – 30 minutes
Extended – > 30 minutes
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

Kings Meadows Medical Centre is not a bulk billing practice. Please call the practice on (03) 6344 5722 for individual Doctor fees. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Payment is required at the time of consultation.
If you need to cancel any bookings, please call us as soon as you are aware. Whilst every endeavour will be made to make a new booking of your choice, we may be limited in appointment availability.
Note: If you do not advise us that you are unable to make an appointment, you may receive a charge in lieu of other patients not being able to see a doctor at that time.
After Hours Care
Kings Meadows Medical Centre provides after-hours care in conjunction with our partners at Newstead Medical and the Urgent Care Centre. Please call (03) 6344 5722 for details. In an emergency dial 000 and ask for an ambulance.
We have onsite parking behind the Practice.
You can now access our appointment book online and book your appointment from the convenience of your computer or mobile device. All information is stored securely and no personal information is ever handed to third parties.
How to get there
We are conveniently located at 86c Hobart Road, Kings Meadows adjacent to the Meadow Mews shopping centre.
New patients are welcome at our clinic. All new patients are required to fill in our ‘New Patient Form’.
All accounts are required to be settled on the day. If you are aware of any difficulties you may have paying your account, please alert our front desk staff BEFORE you see the doctor. Whilst we always try and accommodate each and every patient, we need to know the circumstance of any payment arrangements. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
It is your responsibility to phone the practice for test results. We recommend that you phone the practice for your results one week after having tests done, unless a different time frame is recommended by your Doctor.
We are grateful for all feedback from our patients. From time to time we invite patients to participate in confidential surveys on the service we provide. We also have a “Suggestion Box” in our waiting room for your comments.
